I have made that color a million times by accident. I call it "mud". If you do that with oil you will have another revelation...you can't get it off of your hands with water.
That was and interesting vlog, you should have used some music though. Keep it up.

Although this is video is not a painting, "muddy" is a color an artist generally wants to avoid in pianting. Of course there are exceptioins to the rule.
