I unfortunately wasn't able to watch your first try... it was taking a really long time to download.

Just a question... have you considered compressing your video to Quicktime format? Before I started my own videoblog someone told me that Quicktime is best because it's more universally accessible (ie. Most people using a Mac will be using Quicktime). Personally, I get thousands of downloads in Quicktime and only a few dozen in Windows Media Player...
